My super cool boys

Yesterday I had the boys pose for a proper photo shoot at home. I put up my black screen and had them sit & stand for photographs. I was so pleased with how they turned out. My purpose in taking the pictures was to take some up to date pictures to send out for Easter as Easter cards. My boys certainly performed well, though we did have to bribe they with pocket money.

I've posted a few more pictures on my new photography blog - see the link to the right. It's more dedicated to the pictures I take. My hope is to start up semi professionally now. I still have a lot to learn, but I can learn the rest as I go. The photography blog is the perfect way to show examples of what I can do.

After taking the pictures the boys had a lovely relaxed Saturday and went off to bed so well, then at 11pm we were woken up to the sound of Tayler coughing and being so sick. Poor little boy. He hardly slept through the night. Jarom missed out on some attention so he was also awake with a runny nose. They both stayed home from church today and Jason looked after them. I had to go because I had to teach in Relief Society. Despite having only a few hours sleep myself I was pleased that my lesson went well. So much better than I had expected really, so many beautiful comments and thoughts from the Relief Society sisters, it's just a joy to be a teacher there at the moment. The other really wonderful thing is that I have a whole month to prepare the next lesson! How great!
